What I am about to write about is very important and I expect that you will want to discuss it. Please take this information very seriously, as it has an impact on everyone that is still surviving in this world.
Introduction:
First I would like to take a brief moment to talk about the UDF and exactly what it is. From my own experience with the group and all of the information I have gathered, it is made up primarily of military and political forces that banned together at the collapse of our government. Their main objective was to create a new government that was completely different from our former democratic system. They present themselves as a civilian run volunteer driven group where everyone shares in responsibility. They are primarily located on military bases with large amounts of supplies and an overall feeling of safety and security. However, underneath the surface is a far more sinister reality.
The group is ran by a group of highly intelligent and powerful people. They use highly advanced methods of brain washing and mood altering drugs to pacify and calm large groups of people who only sought refuge and safety when our civilization fell. They are constantly recruiting, trying to expand their base and support for their movement. Their methods vary from enticing offers of food, shelter, and secure living conditions, to threats, violence, and forced slavery. There are some followers of the UDF who truly believe in their mission and defend it fiercely, however, there is no way to tell who has fallen into this mindset willingly or by coercion.
With this in mind, I would like to share some information that has been gathered that raises the threat level of this group to a height we cannot ignore. I implore you to take this information and consider it carefully. I do not recommend acting in any way shape or form against any existing UDF cells you may be close to. Our most effective weapon is stealth and we must use it at full capacity now.
Details:
1. The UDF has established three heavily fortified locations as their main headquarters. I do no recommend approaching these locations as they are located in areas with massive zombie populations and are known to be heavily guarded. To ensure your safety I am asking that you stay away from them at all costs until more information can be found. It would be very dangerous to navigate the infected that are in the area, and they have chosen places with large undead populations to keep intruders away.
These locations are still being confirmed (as you can see, it would be difficult with such danger surrounding them), but we are certain that their probably locations are in or around Atlanta Georgia, Charlotte North Carolina, and an unknown location in Montana or North Dakota.
2. The three locations house three groups of leaders that are being called the Triad. They are the governing leaders of the largest groups of the UDF. They hold the most power and command. Despite these three governing groups, there are many splinter cells of the UDF that use the resources but do not directly report to the Triad. That means that they can be very unpredictable and may not follow the structure that we are discovering that is in place at the UDF and should be considered even more dangerous than the main groups. At this time, it is impossible to decipher so treat all groups with extreme caution.
3. There has been word of an increase in recruiting by the Triad. You may see things like posters to attend meetings with promises of food, supplies, and tools. There will be food drops in random locations that also include propaganda from the UDF, invitations to join them or at least to listen to their mission statement at a gathering. There will be an increase in small cells of UDF traveling and approaching groups of survivors. My intel says they will come peacefully and not attempt violence, but we should be weary of them all the same. They will offer supplies in exchange for your time and information. It is recommended that you do not allow them into your camps, but do not directly turn them away. As I said, our greatest weapon is our stealth, so if they believe we are ignorant of them, we will not become a target.
If you find a UDF group has found your camp, do not attempt to move or evacuate immediately. They will track and follow you wherever you go. Their main goal at this time is to map locations for future purposes. My advice is to wait a few weeks after their departure if you wish to change locations. However, their new goal is to win over groups with diplomacy, violence is being strictly forbidden. But as I mentioned, not all groups follow the leaders command, so you should evaluate on a case by case basis. Smaller groups are more likely to find it easier to move than a larger group.
4. As the diplomacy discussions become more prominent, there has been talk of a summit with the leaders of several large survivor populations and some of the organized groups in the country here in the US. I have been invited to this summit and I will be attending. It is scheduled for May of this year. I have good word that until that time, all UDF cells have been instructed to cease all violence and activity with non UDF civilians, however large militarized groups are not included. This means if you have a large military or para military population, it would be wise to tone down this presence in case you are observed. There are no rules that I can really specify on how to handle this new information, so please make sure you tailor this to suit the needs of your own group.
5. This final bit of information is very important and applies to anyone who may have wanted to confront the UDF in any major way. There were rumors of several middle eastern countries successfully isolating their populations from the virus. This has been confirmed as fact. The most disturbing element to this is that the UDF has entered negotiations with several leaders of those countries to exchange supplies (like weapons, fuel, and medication) for power in a newly established country here in what we still like to call the Unite States. These talks are very new and fragile, there is no confirmation of anything being set in stone, however the idea of the UDF coming into powerful weapons, personnel, and unlimited fuel for things like fighter jets and combat vehicles is very disconcerting. They will be a force to be reckoned with, and that is why I have started my own talks with some groups that may be able to arm us who are not on the side of the UDF so that we can better defend ourselves.
I cannot go into detail, but it is imperative that there are no major actions taken against the UDF until we can confirm exactly what they plan to do. It is far too dangerous. If the UDF is aggressive, by all means defend yourself. But do not take the lead in any conflict or you may find yourself in a very deadly situation. With their efforts to weaponize the virus also unknown, it is best to keep the peace as much as possible.
Final Thoughts:
I must end with this, the UDF knows that they cannot win this country by killing everyone who stands against them. The key to a long lasting civilization is the loyalty of the people, and that is what they will try to gain now. They will try to show they are good, honest, hard working people just like you and me. We cannot fall for their tricks. However, we cannot let them know what we are aware of or we will become targets.
