A Neurotic is a mentally unstable person. Whether it be from the trauma of the apocalypse or a previous mental condition, they are no longer considered to be sane and exhibit impulsive and confusing behaviors. They are often outcasts or travel alone and can put themselves in dangerous situations often. Oddly, they have a strange resilience and are not injured often.
