It was cold today. Colder than we all want to really even acknowledge.
\nWe’ve finished doing inventory on all the things in the storage building.
\nThere is so much in there. There are even the little boxes of laundry
\ndetergent for vending machines. Even though the actual vending machine
\nis no where to be found.<\/p>\n
We’re moving on to the root cellar. It was started a few weeks ago but we still
\nhave quite a bit of digging to go before it’s really deep enough.<\/p>\n
Nobody’s fessing up to the gifting me the typewriter. So it sits in my room on
\nthe table. Until I think of something worthy of the paper and ink. It makes me
\nhappy just to look at that old typewriter. But I do like the sound it makes when
\nyou type on it.<\/p>\n
The cold is coming very soon. I can see the worry in all our faces.We are not
\nas prepared as we’d like to be. But we are getting there. I think we’ll survive.<\/p>\n
For now we are all still here, anyway. I hope to still be saying that at the end
\nof winter.<\/p>\n
