Bio:

Travelling with a small band of followers, Talon moves in the shadows, scavenging, looting, and surviving the best he knows how. He often comes across groups of settlers who welcome him and his crew, but the arrangements tend to deteriorate quickly due to his combative and questioning demeanor. He is currently broadcasting a “Last Man Standing” radio show from a tower at an unknown location. He can reach almost any destination within a few days using a modified solar powered motorcycle or sending one of his underlings to curry items or information. He can be very loyal, but should always be watched closely.
