Assistant to one of the aides of the former Vice President, Raymond has always had his finger on the pulse of the government in the United States and beyond. Relatively young at 37 years old, he always had dreams of bigger and better things. The apocalypse seems to have put him in the perfect position as he is privy to the top secret information on the status of high level government officials and other dignitaries around the world. He is currently attempting to garner the support of the people by sharing some of what he knows. Who can say when having the masses on your side will be useful?
